
This recipe is a festive spin on an oatmeal raisin cookie; dried cranberries replace raisins and white chocolate chips add extra flavor that pairs well with the cranberries.
To make these cookies, first cream together the butter and sugars.

Then, stir in the almond extract and eggs.
Next, stir in the salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Then, add the flour and oats and stir until well combined. Finally, fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Scoop balls of dough onto a cookie sheet – should be able to fit 12 medium-sized balls on a standard cookie sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

Cranberry Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 2.5 cups Oats
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cream together butter and sugars.

- Stir in salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add flour and oats; stir until well combined.
- Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop medium-sized balls of dough onto cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 11-13 minutes.
